KHDA (Ministry of Education) prioritizes age-appropriate placements. However, for students transitioning from Grades 2-9 in recognized schools, the principal may offer some flexibility on age requirements under exceptional circumstances.
Admissions for Grades KG 2 to 9 are based on a combination of factors:
Eligibility Test Performance: Students take an eligibility test to assess their academic readiness.
Seat Availability: Admission depends on open spaces in each grade level.
Transfer Documents: Submit the original transfer certificate or school leaving certificate showcasing annual exam results and promotion (if applicable).
Sibling Preference: If space allows, priority is given to siblings of existing students.
Following the Eligibility Test, a ranked merit list of qualified candidates will be posted on the Notice Board. Admission offers will be made to those on the list as vacancies become available. Please note that admissions are contingent upon open seats.
The school administration reserves the final decision on admissions, following a thorough selection process.
Provisional admissions are only offered for students entering Grade XI.
Final admission is granted upon Ministry approval.
For admission consideration, students must hold a visa permitting residency, not just a visit visa.
Admission typically requires students to come from accredited schools for academic record verification purposes.
New students must submit a photocopy of their valid health card and bring the original vaccination card to the school's Medical Centre.
